Jobgether seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel based in New Zealand to shape corporate strategy for a globally distributed technology business. You will lead complex corporate, securities, M&A, and governance matters while advising stakeholders on critical business decisions.

You will oversee international subsidiaries, employee equity programs, strategic investments, and financing transactions, ensuring compliance and scalable processes for international expansion.

Qualifications

• JD from US-accredited law school and admission to practice in a US state.
• At least five years of legal practice experience.
• Strong expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and private/late-stage companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global securities law compliance and provide strategic guidance on corporate governance for a late-stage private company.
• Manage the international subsidiary structure including board meetings, records, reorganizations, and intercompany agreements.
