Qualifications

• At least 10 years in telecommunications or ICT industry with experience in large-scale connectivity projects.
• Strong project management capability across full lifecycle of projects.
• Experience managing procurement and working with international contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of connectivity projects across international markets.
• Manage technical design, procurement, permitting, installation and handovers.
• Budget management and reporting on project deliverables.
