Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an ICT Operations Manager for a 12-month contract in Auckland CBD, NZ. You will lead ICT services across multiple project sites, mobilisations and demobilisations, and ensure secure, efficient technology support for field operations. Applicants must have NZ work rights.

The role requires strong budgeting skills, vendor management, and clear stakeholder communication to align ICT delivery with project objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years in ICT support across multi-site environments.
Proven ICT infrastructure and network management experience.
Experience in project delivery and ICT implementations.
Familiar with Service Desk and ticketing systems.
Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in ICT budgeting and financial management.
Full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Lead ICT planning, delivery and optimisation across project sites.
Manage ICT site mobilisation/demobilisation and deployment of networks and devices.
Oversee ICT budgets, forecasting, procurement and vendor performance.
Act as ICT liaison to operations and senior management.
Ensure cybersecurity, governance and regulatory compliance while managing ICT risks.
