Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the Project Team with administrative and technical tasks across multiple trials. You will ensure study documentation is accurate, coordinate meetings, and assist with process improvements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and trial databases. Travel and onsite collaboration may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant qualification.
• 4+ years of experience or equivalent in trials or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate project activities across trials.
• Review regulatory documents and ensure study files are up to date.
• Provide training and onboarding support for staff.
• Schedule meetings and document minutes; maintain trackers and reports.
• Assist with translation materials and cross-functional process improvements.
