New Zealand Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data across studies conducted in our Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington, and Hamilton units. You will transcribe source data into sponsor EDC systems, resolve data queries, and support quality control while complying with Good Clinical Practice and study protocols.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a science-based discipline (or working towards one).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of science and medical terminology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry into EDC systems.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and queries.
• Maintaining data entry and query resolution timelines.
• Supporting quality control activities and discrepancy reviews.
• Liaising with Study Coordinators, clinical teams, and CRAs.
• Ensuring compliance with GCP and study protocols.
