Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Clinical Data Manager to join their global clinical operations team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical trial data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols. You will work closely with clinical investigators, biostatisticians, and programming teams to establish data management plans, design databases, and oversee data cleaning activities. This role is vital for ensuring the integrity and reliability of clinical trial results, supporting the development of life‑saving medicines from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs) for assigned clinical trials.
• Design Electronic Data Capture (EDC) databases, including data validation specifications and edit checks.
• Oversee the data cleaning process, including query generation, reconciliation, and resolution.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers for database lock and data analysis readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships with EDC providers and other data management service providers.
• Train site personnel and internal team members on data management processes and EDC systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH), and data standards (e.g., CDISC).
