The Geography/Humanities Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across IB MYP Humanities, Geography, and senior courses through to NCEA Level 3, fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports both academic achievement and personal growth. The successful candidate will design and deliver effective, differentiated programmes, use assessment data to inform teaching, and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative learning experiences within a collaborative Humanities and Social Sciences team.
The role also includes active involvement in co-curricular activities, professional learning, and departmental responsibilities, while positively contributing to the wider life of the school.
