Gault Mitchell Law in Wellington is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Solicitor to join its growing team. This varied practice offers exposure to property, private client, and commercial matters with direct mentoring from experienced Partners.

You will work closely with senior lawyers to develop your expertise across several practice areas and build strong client relationships in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Formación

• 1.5–4 years of PQE
• NZ-based experience in property, private client or commercial matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player

Responsabilidades

• Handle residential and commercial property transactions
• Assist with property development and subdivision matters
• Assist with financing, contracting out and separation agreements
• Assist with trusts, wills and enduring powers of attorney
• Contribute to business transactions and litigation files
