The Labour Supply Co is seeking motivated construction workers to join our Auckland teams across North Shore sites. Immediate start, ongoing full-time casual or permanent roles available. Apply now to hit the ground running on commercial and residential projects.

Expect hands-on labour, moving materials, basic tool use, and a strong focus on health and safety. You should be physically fit with at least six months of relevant experience or a Level 4+ qualification in any field.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness and willingness to do manual labour.
• Experience with basic tools and a can-do attitude.
• Commitment to health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with moving materials and heavy lifting on site.
• Dealing with GIB, concrete, building and painting tasks.
• Prepping the site and keeping it clean and organised.
• Helping tradies and project crews where needed.
• Setting up temporary structures and following safety guidelines.
• Using basic tools safely and confidently.

Construction experience $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience Minimum of 30 hours per week Ongoing, full time casual or permanent work offered Immediate start

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with moving materials, could be heavy lifting involved
• Could involve dealing with GIB, concrete, building, painting
• Prepping the site and keeping it clean and organised
• Helping assist tradies and project crews where needed
• Setting up temporary structures and sticking to all site safety guidelines
• Using basic tools safely and confidently
