Job summary

OneStaff is seeking reliable and physically fit labourers for casual opportunities across civil, construction, and production environments in New Zealand. You will work with experienced teams, supporting foremen and operators to keep worksites running smoothly.

Requirements include physical fitness, reliability, a Class 1 Restricted Licence with reliable transport, and the ability to pass a MOJ check and pre-employment drug test. Based in New Zealand with right to work.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Reliable attitude and willingness to work across-site tasks.
• Must hold Class 1 Restricted Licence and have reliable transport.
• Able to pass Ministry of Justice background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• General labouring tasks across civil and construction sites.
• Assist with site preparation and infrastructure projects.
• Spot heavy machinery and support machine operators.
• Perform manual handling and physical tasks as required (up to 25kg+).
• Support production labouring and day-to-day operations.

We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit labourers for a range of casual opportunities. Whether you have civil experience, construction experience, or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

You will work alongside experienced teams, supporting foremen and operators to deliver quality projects and keep worksites running smoothly.

Duties may include

• General labouring tasks across civil and construction sites.
• Assisting with site preparation and infrastructure projects.
• Spotting for heavy machinery and supporting machine operators.
• Manual handling and physical tasks as required. 25kg +!
• Production labouring and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Hours

• Generally Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm.
• Hours may vary depending on project requirements, weather, and workload.

• Class 1 Restricted Licence (minimum requirement) and reliable transport
