The Department of Medicine comprises 16 specialist physicians across cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, haematology, nephrology, oncology, and respiratory. The team values collaboration, mentorship, and expert care across the Nelson‑Marlborough region. The Gastroenterology service provides comprehensive outpatient and inpatient consultations, endoscopic procedures, and multidisciplinary care planning, supported by dedicated nursing staff.
