Westpac New Zealand is seeking a strategic Payments Lead to shape readiness for the future of payments in New Zealand. You will assess evolving payment systems, explore technologies like digital assets and tokenisation, and translate industry change into practical actions for the bank.

You will engage senior leaders, develop compelling business cases, and collaborate with partners to accelerate capability uplift and modernisation, ensuring Westpac remains at the forefront of payments innovation.

Competenze

Strong understanding of payment systems, infrastructure and trends.
Ability to translate industry and technology change into actions for the bank.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and governance forums.
