Persol in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, is seeking a motivated Sales and Delivery Driver to join our team. The role combines regular product deliveries with sales support, customer service and relationship building from our retail store and on-road visits across the region.

You will deliver products, build relationships, support sales growth and process orders while representing the company professionally. A full NZ driver’s licence and dependable attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with customers face to face.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers across the wider Hawke’s Bay region.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers in-store and externally.
• Support sales growth through regular customer contact and product conversations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and help identify the right product solutions.
• Follow a regular call plan and support branch sales activity.
• Maintain safe work practices when handling, loading, and delivering products.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road and with customers.
