Job summary

Programmed GO in Napier is seeking a motivated Sales and Delivery Driver to combine product deliveries with sales support in a busy Hawke's Bay region. You will be based in our retail store part of each day and travel to visit customers, processing orders and growing sales.

The role suits someone who enjoys people interaction, staying active, and building a career in sales and customer service in the chemical products sector. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• A full Clean New Zealand drivers licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn products, systems and sales processes.
• Good physical fitness for handling and delivering products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers across the wider Hawke's Bay region.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers in store and externally.
• Support sales growth through regular customer contact and product conversations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and help identify the right product solutions.
• Follow a regular call plan and support branch sales activity.
• Maintain safe work practices when handling, loading, and delivering products.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road and with customers.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Delivery Driver based in Napier

This is a hands-on customer-facing role, combining regular product deliveries with sales support, customer service, and relationship building. You will be based in our retail store providing sales and advice and for part of each day out on the road, visiting customers, delivering products, processing orders, and helping grow sales across the region.

This role would suit someone who enjoys dealing with people, likes being active, on the move and wanting to build a career in sales, customer service and the chemical products sector.

Cleaning product knowledge, delivery, warehousing, retail, or customer service experience would be useful, but we are open to people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
