Job summary

Seed Heritage is looking for a customer‑focused sales associate in Auckland. You will deliver a memorable shopping experience, uphold store presentation through merchandising and stock control, and assist customers with styling and fittings.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or similar role.

THE ROLE:

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.


• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system


• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.


• A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.


• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
