Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver / Store Team Member to join our Christchurch team. This full-time role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and covers food preparation, customer service, order processing and delivery duties.

You will work flexible shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays when rostered. Prior experience is desirable but training will be provided to the right applicant.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' relevant work experience desirable but not essential.
• Full, clean driver's licence is required.
• Access to reliable transport for delivery duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook products and serve drinks and menu items.
• Package food for dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
• Deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
• Provide friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Follow food safety, health and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with phones, counter service and other duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Serve customers promptly and process payments accurately.
• Communicate allergies and dietary requirements to kitchen.
