Datacom's Smartly unit is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work on the Smartly Payroll System, a SaaS platform used by 20,000+ clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior engineers.

Required: 2+ years on IT projects, C#/.NET, frontend tech (HTML/JS/CSS/React), and strong problem solving. Hybrid work option and career growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT projects across SDLC.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience.
• Frontend tech experience (HTML/JS/CSS/React) and Razor.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned work with clear feature scope.
• Collaborate to input effort, raise blockers early, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Contribute to code quality with testing, reviews, and safe changes.
• Use modern tooling and AI-assisted development to improve delivery and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and support less experienced teammates.
