Every day, you will encounter a range of situations that require professionalism, respect, empathy and in a positive approach. You will welcome members of the public into the station, ensuring their enquiries are understood and handled appropriately.This role requires someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.As a Station Support Officer, you will provide operational and administrational support to Police. This includes, but is not limited to, front counter customer service, data entry, use of Police systems, and file and exhibit management.The successful applicant will work as part of a team of three SSO's (one full time two part time) Monday to Friday, on 8-hour shifts between 0800-1600hrs. This position is one of two SSO's that work 0.5 on a week on week off basis.
