Oaks Wellington Hotel in Wellington is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front office team on a full-time basis. You will oversee guest reception, bookings, and daily operations, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
The role requires 3+ years of supervisory hotel experience, strong people management, and exceptional customer service. The package includes a 30-hour minimum week and an hourly rate of NZD 33–36, with wages paid fortnightly.

Key responsibilities include:
Expected minimum hours: 30 hours per week
Hourly range: $33 - $36 NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver). Payment of wages will be processed on a fortnightly basis by direct credit to your nominated bank account.
Annual salary approximate: $51,480 - $56,160 (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).
