Job summary

Easy Financial is building a new mortgage advisory desk in Auckland. You will advise verified leads, perform client meetings, loan structuring, and lender selection, with all records of advice handled on your behalf by the desk as it scales.

The role is founder-level, with ownership of the client book and a potential to shape the desk’s processes as new advisers join. Volume-driven income is central.

Qualifications

• Current lender accreditations with ANZ, ASB, Westpac or similar.
• Two years' advising experience minimum.
• Clean FSPR and dispute-scheme record.

Responsibilities

• Advise on client meetings, loan structuring, and lender selection with records of advice.
• Handle all aspects from lead intake to advice delivery, with desk support for calls.
• Work with the loan writer on applications, conditions and settlement.
• Focus on advice delivery rather than prospecting or dialling.
