[Unknown Auckland Commercial Real Estate Brand] is seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents to join its founding team in Auckland as operations kick off in early 2027. You will play a pivotal role shaping culture, pay structure, client base and the brand's direction as it grows.

The role focuses on commercial sales and/or leasing across office, industrial, retail or investment, requiring proven outcomes and strong networks with owners, investors, occupiers and developers in Auckland.

Formación

• Proven track record in commercial sales and/or leasing (office, industrial, retail or investment).
• Strong relationships with owners, investors, occupiers and developers across the Auckland market.
• NZ real estate licence or ability to obtain one.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and energy to help build a new brand.
• Integrity, professionalism and a client-first approach.
• Founding role in a well-backed new commercial agency.

Responsabilidades
