Job summary

Cardinal Logistics (NZ) in Manukau City is seeking motivated forklift operators for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage pallet movement, loading and unloading trucks, and operate RF scanners with accuracy and teamwork.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1pm–9:30pm. Candidates must hold a current forklift certificate and have at least 2 years of forklift driving experience, plus be prepared for pre-employment checks. This fast-paced role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift driving experience with long forks.
• Current forklift or counterbalance certificate required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every consignment is complete and correctly labelled.
• Sort and scan pallets to the truck using RF scanner.
• Load and unload trucks quickly, safely, and accurately.
• Hit store and freight targets every shift.
• Operate forklifts with skill, care, and safety focus.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and ready for the next shift.
