Job summary

Vitaco Group in Auckland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator, Finished Goods Export, for the afternoon shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). You will work in a high‑velocity manufacturing and distribution environment with emphasis on accuracy, urgency, and safety.

Ideal candidates hold NZ Reach, Counterbalance and Stock Picker licenses, are proficient with RF scanners and WMS, and possess strong numerical and computer skills to support dispatch and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Reach, Counterbalance, and Stock Picker licenses.
• Experience operating forklifts in a busy Distribution Centre or manufacturing warehouse.
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems daily.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and dispatch operations.
• Good numerical and computer skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable attendance and strong time management.
• A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• RF scanning and regular use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Replenishment and put away tasks.
• Cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks.
• Operating Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and Stock Picker hoists.
• Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg.
• Maintaining housekeeping and safe warehouse practices.
• Working to daily KPIs and operational deadlines.
