Job summary

Brambles New Zealand Limited invites applications for a Service Centre Assistant on the afternoon shift. You will safely operate a forklift to move pallets, unload and load trucks, and contribute to a safe, quality-focused workplace.

The role offers a 40-hour week start at 2 pm, with opportunities to learn pallet repair and bin/crate washing to cover staff shortages. NZ driver’s licence, F endorsement, and OSH forklift licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and holding a current F endorsement and OSH forklift licence.
• Full NZ driver’s licence is essential.
• Able to cross-skill and learn all operations of the Service Centre.
• Experience in a production/factory environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a forklift to move product around the yard and load/unload pallets from trucks.
• Contributing to a safe workplace by following safety procedures.
• Working toward production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Opportunity to learn pallet repair, bin and crate wash to cover staff shortages.
