Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Edgecumbe is seeking experienced forklift operators to join our team for a 4–6 week period during the Repack season. Night shift hours are 7.00pm–5.30am, with weekend rosters as required.

You will work in a busy environment, follow instructions, and support the night shift while maintaining health and safety standards. An OSH certificate is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.

We're looking for experienced and competent forklift operators to join our team in Edgecumbe!

These opportunities are for approximately 4-6 weeks to support our night shift team during the last few weeks of our Repack season!

You’ll need to enjoy working in a busy environment and be able to work on a rostered basis which will include weekends as required. Hours are 7.00pm-5.30am.

Our forklift drivers enjoy some very competitive rates, plus an additional $2 per hour night shift premium.

You will need:

• To be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and be able to make good decisions when working under pressure.
• Have a good understanding and awareness of health & safety practices and principles.
• A current OSH Certificate
