Job summary

Jora New Zealand currently seeks a reliable worker for a role combining forklift operation (3–5 tonnes) and general labour in a busy warehouse. You must have an OSH certificate, proven team skills, and be able to work safely and efficiently. Own transport is preferred and a pre-employment drug test may be required.

Weekly pay, PPE provided, and competitive rates are offered. NZ residency or valid work permit is required to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Current OSH certificate is required.
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment preferred.
• Own reliable transport is required.
• Must be able to work well in a team and adhere to safety standards.

This role involves a combination of forklift operation and general labouring duties. The successful candidate will need to be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable performing manual handling and other physical tasks as required.

To be considered for this role

This position will see the successful applicant operating machines between 3 and 5 tonnes so previous experience is a must. You must also;

• Hold your current OSH certificate
• Have prior experience in a busy and large warehouse environment
• Have your own reliable transport
• Must be able to work within a team environment
• Must be Health and Safety conscious
