Job summary

Trade Assist is offering an immediate start for a Forklift Operator in a busy New Zealand distribution centre. You will load/unload trucks, move pallets and perform general warehousing duties on day or afternoon shifts.

To be successful you will hold a Forklift Licence (OSH Certificate), have 12+ months counterbalance forklift experience, and be physically fit to stand all day. F Endorsement is advantageous. Pass pre-employment drug test. On-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence (OSH Certificate) is required.
• F Endorsement is advantageous.
• At least 12 months experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Physically fit and able to stand on your feet all day.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks and containers; move inwards and outwards goods; stack pallets.
• Perform general warehousing duties as part of a busy distribution centre.

The Role:

• Using a counterbalance forklift, loading & unloading trucks and containers, inwards & outwards goods, stacking pallets and general warehousing duties
• Day Shifts | 5:00am-1:30pm or 7:30am-3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift |2:00pm-10:30pm
