Avani Queenstown Hotel is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Queenstown. This full-time role requires overseeing day-to-day floor operations, maintaining high standards, and collaborating with the kitchen to ensure quality and presentation.

You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager, supervise Attendants, and participate in delivering guest-centred service during morning and weekend shifts.

Competenze

• 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
