Avani Queenstown Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis. You will take guest orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have previous hospitality experience, a current RSA certification, a warm and approachable demeanour, and reliable, flexible availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Avani Queenstown Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
• Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options.
• Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday.
• Split shifts may be required on some days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holiday.
