The Sebel Auckland Manukau, part of Accor, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join Ora Bistro. You will deliver efficient, friendly service, with strong menu and wine knowledge, while working in a dynamic, multicultural team committed to guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in hospitality, be reliable on rotating rosters, and uphold high hygiene standards. Accor offers learning pathways and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant, hotel or similar industry setting.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work on a rotating roster system including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Have proven confidence with wine list and menu knowledge.
• Have strong communication skills and comfort with interacting with guests and other team members.

We are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Ora Bistro team to ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. Ideally you will;

Job Description

Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets guests’ expectations to the highest standard through following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures and being confident with menu and beverage knowledge.

The role works in a team environment during the day-to-day service periods of the restaurant, delivering room service, conferencing and bar service function with a distinct focus on providing excellence in our guest service.
