Accor New Zealand's The Sebel Auckland Manukau is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver friendly, professional service in Ora Bistro. You will support room service, conferencing and bar service while upholding high hygiene and menu knowledge standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, are punctual, flexible for weekends/evenings/holidays, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural team. Legal right to work in New Zealand is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Confidence with wine lists and menu knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service to meet guests’ expectations.
• Maintain high hygiene and safe beverage handling procedures.
• Deliver room service, conferencing and bar service with guest focus.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Support the dining team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
