EVT Auckland's QT restaurant Esther seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant with warmth, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Join a Michelin Guide 2026 listed venue and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You’ll guide guests on the menu, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold safety and hygiene standards while providing seamless service.

The Role

Esther is QT Auckland's signature restaurant – a celebrated dining destination selected in the MICHELIN Guide 2026. We're on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Attendant with genuine personality, a sharp eye for detail and a passion for hospitality that goes beyond taking orders. Key Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave – warm, considered and always one step ahead.
• Know the menu inside out; think of yourself as a guide, not just a waiter – from dish stories to drink pairings and everything in between.
• Keep the dining room looking sharp – tables set, cleared and reset to Esther's exacting standards, every time.
• Work in sync with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless, well-timed service that feels effortless (even when it isn't).
• Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning any hiccup into a highlight.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards – because great hospitality is safe hospitality.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in an elevated restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, polished floor presence.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
