Job summary

Mitre 10 Papamoa is seeking a full-time Barista/FOH superstar to join Columbus MEGA Papamoa. The role requires managing FOH staff, ensuring top-quality coffee, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will work 40 hours across a 7-day roster (including a weekend day) with daytime shifts 7am–5pm. Join a team that values quality, teamwork and continual improvement while enjoying staff discounts and training opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Columbus Cafe at the New MEGA Papamoa.

We are looking for a full time superstar Barista / FOH that has managed staff.

We are looking for an experienced passionate hospitality star who are keen to join the team at Columbus MEGA Papamoa as the barista/FOH positions on Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon.

Our people are full of personality, work hard, and most of all enjoy coming to work in a high energy, friendly team!

The successful person will:

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced cafe Front of House.
• Have pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
• Be keen and willing to learn our way of making coffee
• Love talking to customers about anything and everything

• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency

About the Role
