Job summary

Nestlé NZ is seeking an experienced Commercial Planning Manager to join our Foods team in Parnell, Auckland. You will drive the Monthly Business Planning process, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver quality plans aligned to BU targets.

You will govern financial guidance, support decision‑making, and deliver governance principles and internal controls across Finance and Control policies. Hybrid working model and attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• FMCG/consumer goods experience preferred.
• Strong commercial planning and budgeting experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and forecasting.
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Business Plan process with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Provide financial guidance to support decision‑making across functions.
• Drive governance, internal controls and policy adherence in Finance.
• Lead MBP, Demand Forecast Management and accuracy improvements.
• Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify pricing and growth opportunities through investment reviews.
