Job summary

Nestlé NZ is seeking an experienced Commercial Planning Manager for our Foods team in Parnell, Auckland. You will drive monthly planning, provide financial guidance, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to shape growth strategies.

You will lead MBP, forecast management and governance delivery while driving improvements in tools and processes. Strong Excel, data analysis and communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial insight in an FMCG environment.
• Natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and influencing ability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial planning agenda partnering with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Lead MBP & Demand Forecast Management and Accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes and ways of working.
• Lead sales gap management plans to close category and sales gaps.
• Daily and weekly sales reporting providing a view of current & future performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and shape category growth strategies.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term capability building.
• Identify and unlock pricing & growth opportunities through QIRs.
