Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Commercial & Pricing Operations Analyst to shape pricing strategies for our Enterprise portfolio. The role combines pricing model building, data governance and actionable insights to drive commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop reporting and dashboards, and translate complex data into clear recommendations. A pricing/analytical background and energy sector exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing or commercial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel with SQL/Power BI knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience in the energy sector or large, complex organisations is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and adapt as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Enterprise team to develop pricing strategies across electricity, gas, and LPG.
• Build models and analyse data to generate insights that improve commercial outcomes.
• Maintain and govern pricing and commercial data for accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analyses to support business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and data quality.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through reports and visualisations.
