Job summary

Maheno School in Otago is seeking a Part-time, fixed-term Certificated teacher to cover our senior class (Years 5–8) and assist with learning groups across classrooms. Start date is 28 January 2027 and end date 16 December 2027.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher with NZ teaching registration.
• Experience in primary/intermediate classroom teaching preferred.
• Ability to contribute to English, Mathematics and The Arts.

Responsibilities

• Cover senior class (Years 5–8) as CRT release.
• Support learning groups across classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
