Job summary

Jetts West Auckland is seeking a friendly Club Assistant to support member services and drive membership sales in a casual role. You will help create a welcoming club culture, engage with local businesses, and assist with events while supporting day-to-day operations.

The role offers flexible hours, including shifts Mon 10am-7pm, Tue-Thu 12pm-7pm, and Sat 8am-11am, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences and upholding Jetts' inclusive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• NZ citizen, resident, or open work visa required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or willing to obtain.
• Strong customer service and sales focus with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Flexible availability with willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build relationships with members and local businesses.
• Assist in new membership sales and drive growth, reporting to Regional Manager.
• Maintain a welcoming club culture and engage in events and promotions.
• Handle in-club operations tasks to keep areas clean and equipment well-maintained.
