Job summary

Jetts New Zealand is seeking Club Assistants to join energetic, friendly teams and help members achieve health goals by fostering a welcoming club culture. You will support member experiences, assist in membership sales, build relationships with local businesses, and help run events while keeping the club clean and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates are NZ citizens/residents or have an open work visa for 12 months, hold a current First Aid certificate (CPR/defib) or willing to obtain one, and

Qualifications

• NZ citizenship, resident status or open work visa for 12 months.
• First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA 6401/6402) or willingness to obtain one.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent customer service and sales focus.
• Love working with people and have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional member experience and build relationships with members and local businesses.
• Assist in delivery of new membership sales and growth; report to Regional Performance Manager.
• Maintain a positive club culture with members by engaging in events and promotions.
• Perform in-club operations tasks to keep areas clean, hygienic and equipment up-to-date.
