Job summary

Qualifications

• NZ registered teacher with current practising certificate.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and access to private vehicle for travel.
• At least 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience delivering NZ Curriculum to levels 1–8.

Responsibilities

• Teach students one-on-one and in small groups, adapting to health needs.
• Travel daily to homes, schools, health settings and other venues around Wairarapa.
• Adapt NZ Curriculum to suit individual learning and health needs; write, implement and evaluate programmes.
• Collaborate with a student’s wider team, including schools of enrolment and health services.
