Central Regional Health School in Wellington seeks an empathetic and experienced kaiako/teacher to deliver education in students’ homes, local schools, the CRHS office, health settings and other community venues. Travel daily is required.

The ideal applicant will be a NZ registered teacher with current practising certificate, capable of teaching across Years 1–13 with a learner-centred, inclusive approach and strong assessment and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to travel daily and work across diverse settings.

Aufgaben

• Deliver teaching in students’ homes, local schools, the CRHS office and community venues.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups across Years 1–14.
• Adapt NZ Curriculum Levels 1–8 to health needs and individual learning plans.
• Collaborate with whānau, schools of enrolment and health professionals.
• Travel daily to student locations.
