Qualifications

• Possess the right to work in New Zealand.
• NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or equivalent preferred.
• Hold or be prepared to complete a comprehensive first aid certificate.
• Have a full driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of Te Tiriti Waitangi and commitment to its principles.

Responsibilities

• Support tāngata whai ora in recovery, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with goal setting and building confidence.
• Help with budgeting, daily living skills, appointments, and community connection.
• Be flexible to work across all shifts, including awake nights and weekends.
