Job summary

Fullers Group is seeking a Shore Services Assistant for our Waiheke operations at Queens Wharf in Auckland. This permanent, part‑time role supports the fleet with freight, stock, and essential services, ensuring items are in the right place at the right time and impacting daily operations and financial performance.

You will work a rotating early‑start schedule, handle food and beverage stock, coordinate with vessel crews, and contribute to efficient logistics and customer service in a hands‑on

Qualifications

• Organised and time‑aware with strong communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, freight, warehousing or stock handling is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational role with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage stock across the fleet, including ordering and restocking.
• Maintain organised storage areas supporting daily operations.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and vessel crews on scheduling and demands.
• Handle freight to Waiheke, including deliveries and urgent requirements.
• Refuel vessels and support pump‑out scheduling to meet timelines.
• Handle lost property and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Support uniform distribution and general administration tasks.
