Job summary

MBIE in Wellington is seeking a highly organised Coordinator to support governance, planning, reporting and admin across the Corporate and Digital Shared Services group. This fixed-term or secondment role offers an immediate start for 3 months, based in our central Wellington offices, with a salary of $68,380–$77,359 plus KiwiSaver.

You will work independently and liaise with senior leaders to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven coordination or administration experience in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain calm under pressure.
• Confident, resilient and able to engage with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates initiative and resolves issues quickly.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Must have legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
