Bapcor New Zealand’s BNT is hiring a customer service superstar to join our Auckland team. If you enjoy helping customers find the right car parts and delivering outstanding service, this full‑time role from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings, is for you.

Bring a full NZ license, a passion for cars, and solid computer skills. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, aim to upsell where appropriate, and build strong relationships with our customers while supporting a

Job Description

If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you! We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

What The Role Involves

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and keep things accurate
