Te Pari Group in Oamaru, New Zealand, is seeking experienced welders/fabricators for a full-time on-site role. You’ll build Te Pari livestock handling equipment to quality standards, work with a team, and adhere to safety policies in a production-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in welding/fabrication, and a Boilermaker-like qualification is beneficial. Lean and safety training are advantageous, with shifts including days and nights and a guaranteed minimum hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding/fabrication experience.
• Welding/fabrication qualification such as Boilermaker is beneficial.
• Lean processes training beneficial.
• Safety hazard recognition training beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Producing Te Pari products to an acceptable quality within scheduled hours.
• Communicate and work with the team to accomplish goals.
• Maintain Te Pari Health and Safety policies and ensure safe use of machinery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect for staff, customers and company property.
