Job summary

Quinn Recruitment is seeking a FIT Reservations Consultant for a respected travel organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle bookings, deliver excellent service, and build strong client relationships.

You'll work with international partners, using Tourplan or similar systems, and develop your career with ongoing training and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound reservations or travel consulting is an asset.
• Comfort with international markets, especially Europe and North America.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver same-day responses and accurate travel quotes.
• Manage reservations in Tourplan ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to tailor travel solutions.

FIT Reservations Consultant

Our client is a highly respected and successful travel organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for a FIT Reservations Consultant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with travel experience or recent graduate looking to grow their career. You’ll work with international travel partners, managing bookings efficiently while delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver same-day responses while prepare accurate, competitive travel quotes
• Manage reservations in Tourplan, ensuring pricing and booking accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions
