Job summary

Tradestaff New Zealand is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Fitter for an immediate start in Wellington CBD. You will install, test, maintain and upgrade fire sprinkler systems while reading plans and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.

We expect at least 3 years of sprinkler fitting experience, a trade qualification or substantial related work, and a strong commitment to health and safety. NZ driver’s licence and references are preferred. This is a hands-on role with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant sprinkler fitting experience.
• Knowledge of fire safety systems, codes and technical drawings.
• PGDB registration preferred but not essential.
• Full NZ Driver Licence preferred and two work references.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle physical site work.
• Committed to Health & Safety and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Location: Wellington CBD, Wellington Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $30–$38 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly
