Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of Oracle finance systems. You will be the first point of contact for system support, manage tickets, resolve user issues, and assist with testing and maintenance.

You’ll work with senior specialists, escalate complex issues, and help ensure systems run smoothly while developing your financial systems experience in a supportive team environment.

Are you organised, solution-focused, and enjoy solving problems? We're looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to join our Financial Systems team and support the day-to-day operation of our Oracle finance systems.

About the role | Mō te tūnga

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for system support, managing tickets, resolving user issues, performing routine system administration tasks, and assisting with testing and system maintenance activities. You'll work closely with senior specialists, escalating complex issues when needed and helping ensure our systems run smoothly.
