Fulton Hogan Ltd in Christchurch is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial and commercial leadership across the Canterbury business. Based in Christchurch, you will lead the Finance and Administration team and partner with operational and commercial leaders to support performance and inform decision-making.

The role combines leadership, business partnering and hands-on financial management in a dynamic operational environment, with strong emphasis on financial controls and process

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting knowledge; CA or CPA qualified.
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen with the ability to balance strategic and operational activities.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review and critique financial information.
• Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis, commentary and reforecasting.
